RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Most items can be returned if unused and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on opened resistance bands, yoga mats, or items with direct skin contact. Email baileyehiggins@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. You cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, contact us immediately for a replacement or full refund at our cost. Under UK consumer law, you have the right to return faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund, and the right to repair or replacement if something goes wrong within six months.
TERMS OF SERVICE
By placing an order with Train@Home, you confirm you're at least 18 and agree to these terms. We display products as accurately as possible, but colours may vary and occasional errors happen—if we make a pricing mistake, we'll let you know and offer to cancel. All prices are in GBP including VAT. When you order, you're making an offer to buy; we accept when we dispatch your items. If something's unavailable, we'll refund you in full. We'll deliver to your provided address—delivery times are estimates. You're responsible for providing accurate information. We're not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability won't exceed what you paid. Our equipment is for home use—you're responsible for safe use. All site content is our property. SHIPPING POLICY
We ship within the United Kingdom. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order size. Orders process within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays). Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days after dispatch; larger items take 5-7 business days and may require arranged delivery dates. You'll receive tracking information once dispatched. Someone must be available to accept delivery. Contact us immediately at baileyehiggins@gmail.com if items arrive damaged (with photos) or don't arrive within the estimated window. Large equipment requires specialist delivery to your door but won't be brought inside unless stated. Make sure your delivery address is correct—we can't be responsible for orders sent to wrong addresses.
